Tesla is finally in India!! Elon Musk's Tesla has finalised a deal to open its very first showroom in Mumbai. The showroom is located in the Bandra Kurla Complex and covers and area of 4000 square feet on grond floor. With the charges of rent being โ‚น900/Sq feet i.e. โ‚น35 Lakhs per month. And this is just a starting According to previous reports Tesla is also planning to open another showroom in Delhi's Aerocity. And all this has gained momentum after PM Modi's USA visit and meeting Elon Musk. With India slashing import duties on premium EVs from 110% to just 15% you can expect the on road price of Tesla model Model 3 to be approx โ‚น35-40 Lakhs (including road tax and insurance) So now the question is will you buy a Tesla?
