Chicken and egg problem means; students will join the platform when recruiters are actively present and recruiters will join the platform when students are actively engaging. So how will make both these parties join the platform starting from scratch

it's not mean by that like if company visit the college for recruitment process and if they have a such platform in college so they can easily sort the students based on project and other things.
