yesterday I applied for a fresher role and here's what happened I'm 18 and have been in the marketing field for 3 years , freelanced for many businesses and brands , used to run my own marketing agency , worked with big foreign clients and have deep knowledge of the field , but wasnt selected because I don't have any full time "work experience" as they were looking for minimum 3-6 months work experience so what do you think having a 3 months formal work experience is better than 3 years of on market practical experience?

Did you show them ur client work results, like how much u increased their revenue or the stats of ur personal blog? If you did and they still rejected you, then it's actually a good thing bcoz they were not the right company for you. There are plenty of companies that will value real work experience, and working there will be much more fun.
