How about complexities like dark stores, fleet, operations etc? And if demand is less, riders wont opt in. These need heavy investments, that too scattered in multiple areas (today i am replying totally Anonymous)

If you're offering deliveries in an hour or more. Than you can rent a very basic place and run your business from there too. For delivery man, at start, you just need to hire 1-2 delievery guys for full time and they'll make the deliveries. The Bigge

Yup, marketing is the real issue. I meant that, but that's only if you can't afford/don't want to set up the whole dark store infrastructure. as you know it's very expensive. So, you can test your product that way.

Yes, it would be a game changer. but the real question is that do they really even need these services? like there Better services like healthcare, finance, etc which those guys are probobly facing. Providing QCom, will work, but it's not needed.
