The problem is you will still have to make the disclaimer that the out put your app gives cannot be considered legal advise and may be inaccurate and suggest consulting a human lawyer. The whole point of an AI lawyer app is to make it human plus AI. I as a lawyer work with multiple AI/ML startups and would be happy to assist, with feedback on your product and giving you guidance on benchmarking and fine tuning the model.
