Ideas + Execution - Consistency = Chaos
Consistency + Ideas - Execution = Procrastination

I'm ready to tackle real pain points and see where it leads. I've only got 18 founders so far, and it's tough to see some building things with no real value. It’s a sad reality. But on a positive note, 70% of them had solid ideas!

I have many ideas for startup but I lack people to discuss realise the mistakes etc .
I always have great ideas. But worried about the execution because I really haven't any prior experience in leading something. Is there anyone experiencing the same? Or is there anyone who had gone through this stage, can u share your experience?
