Hi everyone , A real estate guy here, New to food industry, thinking to open a restaurant in Hyderabad and take a shift in career. I always was passionate about food But never taught of getting into it as i was busy in real estate business. I always want to keep myself busy and real estate is one business that has a lot of leisure time until we get all the approvals for Plotings , constructions etc and it takes around 3 to 5 years to complete a project (Purchase,develop,sale). Any suggestions or remarks comment down.
