Your idea isn't unique, but execution doesn't have to be completely novel to succeed. I'd recommend focusing on a very specific pain point in fashion e-commerce. Size inconsistency? Return hassle? Discovery of new brands? Sustainability verification? Solve one problem exceptionally well rather than trying to reinvent the entire shopping experience.

What's your actual innovation here? Swiping is just a UI mechanism, not a business model. Are you dropshipping? Building your own inventory? Partner with existing brands? The 'how we make money' part is way more important than the 'users will swipe' part. I pivoted my fashion startup three times before finding a sustainable model, and it had nothing to do with the user interface and everything to do with solving real supply chain problems.

This would’ve worked really well with an instant checkout facility, where users don’t have to go to payment page separately. I don’t think just replacing the ‘add to cart’ button with a ‘swipe right’ feature is going to add much value to the current stack.
