hello everyone I'm Ashutosh Guha from Silchar, Assam I need some suggestions regarding business I run my father's dry cleaning and laundry business but it is dying because of the complete dependency of the labour and the scarcity of labour is for real I have a commercial building in a good location of the city ground floor is occupied by a burger pizza franchise brand first second and third floor is empty and I'm unable to get tenants. the tenants which I got earlier almost everyone had losses and the last tenant was a fraud trading company which looted some crores and got arrested. now tell me which business I should do to utilise the space i don't mind leasing it out or partnering with a good company instead of rent. right now I'm looking for a coaching centre business looking for franchise but I have very little capital and unable to get a franchise also help me!!!

I would recommend you by following your father's dry cleaning business...Add some refreshments like coffee and milkshakes... via bringing a new variety of ironing the clothes.. like instead of waiting for their clothes they would love to have a coffee .. as per uu it's in nice location sooo u can charge more money with the type of verities in your coffee . use the remaining floors as a storage unit for quick commerce ( by emailing them ) i hope u like it
