Either lack of PMF or inability of the founder to say no to certain things. Sometimes businesses are built by saying no to certain things as opposed to saying yes all the time.

Have number of amazing ideas to execute as business, few I executed upto certain level but due lack of resources things are undone, I am looking for investors for every level:

This doesn't make any sense. Atleast 70 percentage of Indians are mediocre and have no big ambitions or visions and are engaging either in some religious or casteist things or scrolling through social media which is of no use
