Validating the idea. Often times, during the start, the founders aren't confirm tha the idea they are working on is the best and have a lot of potential or a better opportunity exists

but dont you think that you can't plan and figure out what you are building from the very start. As mark zuckerberg said facebook started a complete different app from what it is today.

Yeah, and that's why its a big hurdle. Sharing my personal opinion. i have encountered so many ideas but before starting, I just keep thinking whether i should work at it or some better idea exists. and thus, i abandoned so many ideas because of this

happens to everyone. but at the end you have to figure out and stick with something I guess.
