At the beginning a lot of entrepreneurs gets confused which firms needs to be registered, a pvt ltd, a proprietorship or something else.. do we need to take gst or not..and a lot of questions. we can u solve those queries too.

trynna start a business in all kinds of processed fruits and vegetables.
The company is alredy registered as PVT LTD.
Name of the company is ZESTERA NATURALS PVT LTD.
we are currently looking for funding in order to start a new project
i want to ask Medial if there is a better alternative to VakilSearch (Zolvit) when it comes to managing a Pvt. Ltd. compliance plus GST and everything else? Need someone with better fee structure and we are based in Maharashtra. thanks
