It may depend upon the stage. All are applicable, but at different levels. My last venture failed because, I wasn't able to make the right team. But later I discovered it was not PMF but I was able to scle it to 1Cr PA. However, if I had funding, I could have pivoted. But then my marketing was also not good, because, I was alone carrying all the weight and may be the exceptional growth made me lazy.

I knew a founder who got an offer to sell his company for 1Cr cash but he didn’t now its value nearly 0 It was a chat app, founder is a good sales guy but nothing more therefore he convinced a fool to invest 1Cr Cautions of things which you don’t
