Hello , i have access to around 7 Acres of agricultural land , and have an idea to utilize the same starting with partly utilizing it for Hydrophonics farming. In my recent Testing done by the equipment & farm set up company - I understood that around 1.5 Acres to start with Bell pepper farming would give optimum yield as per the wheather conditions in that area. The land is ready with Water source & electricity. They have even offered a buy back of 3 years that brings us to an ROI of around 3 - 3.2 years on an investment of Rs 1.60 CR on the equipment & ecosystem for Hydroponics farming. since it is recommended to grow Exotic veggies , the premium on the same shall be promising & at the same time give Tax-benefit as well. Scope of expansion remains open since there is ample of Land available. I propose to be the Land partner & operations partner who shall be providing Land , water supply , electricity and looking after the operations right from the growing , maintaining , logistics , and selling.
