People beginning to prefer anthropic over chatgpt because of the way it's able to communicate is the perfect perfect example.
I think Spotify made itself a personal brand for every individual. Whoever I am asking which music app do you use , they mostly say 'Spotify' with confidently as they are proud of using it.
