Exactly! When I messaged them saying I was interested in the job role, they described it to me and then mentioned that I had to pay ₹199 as a one-time fee. When I asked for the reason behind the payment, they said they receive more than a thousand applications and cannot select everyone, so they charge this amount to filter out only those who are serious about the job. I then asked them why they were charging a fee when even big companies like TCS and Reliance receive lakhs of applications but never charge candidates. I also pointed out that I had never even heard of their company’s name. After this, their language became unprofessional. They said, "If you're interested, apply; otherwise, leave it and don't waste time." Then, they blocked me.
