I'm crossed all that steps , I exactly know what to do , I'm just not doing it and I don't even have a reason for that , it's like in a game you can't see anything like a wall but there's something stopping you from going beyond certain area

try to discuss idea with a friends and find who is a ready to join you. if you may think someone steal your idea when you discuss with them it's a less chance because you are discussing your idea with someone they also may afraid to start it may be they also don't want to take a risk
