Problem is genuine. Central kitchen is the solution with delivery only to PG in bulk (not individual packing and delivery). Also 7k is not only for food, in BLR 4 sharing room + food. PG can spend max Rs 75 per head for 3 times food. So, not a vailable option I feel, unless you are looking to burn cash for 2 years. In these 2 years PG will lose cooks, cooking space would be connvered to rooms and utensils sold off. Then you can slowly increase cost. Backward integration for PG to previous model now will be a challange and has to depend on you PS: I stayed in PG for over a year in 2022-23 and feedback is on real experience
