1st need to know how much complexity your technical part need is there? 2nd you can even outsourcing the tech with proper contract signed with good review based companies 3rd, if its complex and can't outsourcing, interview with multiple persons and make a CTO for your company and make a deal for even as salary or as co founder with less equity 4th, there is no need to give the equal equity for co founder if you have any free consultation with me, drop me a mail with subject as 'need a consultation call' with your contact number, nagasasikanth.s@gmail.com
