Co-Founder will join along the way, go to fiverr try to outsource with newly posted gigs (cheaper option). or pick someone from your network who can do what you are asking for and give them a minimum nd explain them about the future opportunity for recruitment if things work out. Execute your idea in the most minimum aspect possible. If you really get out of the box benefit with that person make them your cofounder or recruit them in the future when the investment comes. All the best!
