I started an Instagram gift store this Valentine’s week. Though I was late, as many people order gifts in advance for Valentine’s Day, which might be the reason for no sales. The issue isn't products or pricing - it's trust. New gift stores need strong social proof. Try sending free products to micro-influencers (5-10k followers) in exchange for unboxing content. Build credibility first, sales will follow.

Hate to be that person, but the market is oversaturated with anime merchandise stores. I see dozens of similar shops with the exact same products. What's your unique value proposition? Why should someone buy from you instead of AliExpress or established stores? You need to differentiate or you're just competing on price.

your mistake was not running Instagram ads 2-3 weeks in advance. The anime couple aesthetic is trending, but you need to build awareness before the buying window.
