if there is an achieving power and if there is a will why there is a quota/reservation system I want to know and I want it to challenged by govt I know it's good but why so there are so many reasons and it's organic bahut sara ground level hai isme :- listen IPS, IRS , NEARBY PS business man organic banta hai he/she didn't know how to respect he didn't know how to fight he didn't even have right to elect even because they are developing there self in other country please define SC/OBC/ST can never grew himself/herself in taxpayer matter they are define as a quota person "are yrr iske pass paise hai score karlega bit tere pass quota hai achieve karle YouTube give worth to unhealthy and un wealthy you tube it's not living one it's not giving quota it's not asking eligibilty
