Dear All My client is aTextile sourcing Company Operating Since 2020. Earlier they had started with their own Brand which they kept on Parking and reviving from April 2025. The new Sourcing Model they have started since 2023 December . They have grown fantastic since then. Currently they are working with Brands like Cure Fit , The bear House , Lil Tomato , style Union and few more. Their Order pipeline is very very strong. They have done 22lakh in 23 , 52 lakh in 2024 and this year they will close at 4.5cr . They are planning SME IPO by 2027 with minimum 50cr Valuation. Their Current Valuation is 10 cr via a Certified valuer. Recently they have raised Fund of 50 lakh from a Prominent Angel in exchange of 5% preferred with Buy back Guarantee of double the investment in 3.5 Years with Post Dated Cheque.
