Any Suggestion The other day i was just thinking about what should I do for my YouTube The thing is this video is super long 20+ minutes and yes it got little more reach like 3.3K reach and like because thumbnail is not good that is the reason I got like 26 views anyways I have made a script Format optimiae for outlier retention Outlier retention is nothing but video who like are super long normally 30 mins there 15 average view duration(AVD) will be more than a 100% AVD of like a 5 minute video Makes sense 15% of 30min = 4.5 100% of 4 min = 4 you can see low rentention on long video tends to do better than the high retention in short video The format of YT Script Script = visual hook + story around the topic + demo of the topic (ai tools demo) value or solution of a problem + personal branding content (for loyal community and needed basically for cult) what do you think this will work I will like plan to post atleat 50 around next 4 months
