Dubai’s food scene is competitive AF. You’ll need more than just good rotis to crack it. I think you will have to do some killer branding with a modern twist like Millet tacos or something. Also, sourcing fresh, quality millets consistently could be tricky. Dubai’s strict with food standards too. Get that supply chain airtight before you dive in.
