bro , Say that u understand their fear of job security but say u won't be happy for the thing u love wasn't even given a try and request a few months or a year time first address a year and then drop into months and say I want to give a small period of time as a chance to my dream and love before getting ready to work for someone else's for long time. and i dare if u don't prove ur self or show them a hope then they may never choose to care ur opinion again. so if u get time kid ur A$$ on to make it.
