What if I told you that you can double your revenue- “Just by attending a free networking event!” I used to attend networking event hoping to land clients- but I’d walk away with nothing. That’s when I realized: “Networking isn’t about selling. It’s about relationships” Here’s what I’ve changed in my approach while attending my last networking event: I started listening closely, I tailored my pitch to address their specific needs. Instead of selling, I offered helpful advice. No pressure—just value. And guess what? They wanted to know more. I wanted to build trust and show that I was genuinely interested in helping their businesses grow. I connected with every person I spoke to on LinkedIn and sent a short message. The result? In just one week, I gained clients using these simple steps And here’s what I have realised: Networking isn’t about what you can take. It’s about what you can give. Give the right energy, and the right opportunities will follow.
