documents some might be confidential so people don't trust easily when some unknown grabs it so strong marketing is required and also rapido does it ryt
rapido and other platforms do it within a city. but we help you get your work done in another city. suppose you stay in X city and you want to take admission in a college in city Y which is in another state and they are giving offline forms for that.
and also post office do this work and charge less but it consumes more time and colleges often issue application form only with particular details the delivery partner may or may not be okay with doing all these stuffs I am not telling it won't work
