The South-North divide in AI adoption is striking but not surprising. Tamil Nadu (100) and Telangana (93) leading makes sense - they've actually built proper tech policies and AI frameworks. Look at how companies like Zoho and Cyient are collaborating with these state governments. Meanwhile, Bihar (21) and UP (40) are still struggling with basic digital infrastructure. This is how you create a new kind of digital divide.
