Bhai, the biggest problem I see rn with this model is Scalability. Because dekh, tera main USP h ki poore India ki local unheard recipes/dishes ko bahar leke aana right? Pr isme issue ye h ki ese 1000+ dishes hongi. Saari dishes ko tum menu m nhi daal skte. And agr tu sochra ki views k according you'll select the best dish, then vo to baar baar change hota rahega. Fir baar baar menu bhi change krna pdega, jo feasibile nahi h for scaling. Also, the avg order value (₹48) is very low. Isme margin nhi niklega. Again, I'm no professional. M bhi bs apni limited knowledge k basis pr btara. I really like your idea that's why. I would love to know more about your business model. So hit me up if you want. All the best anyway!

Thank you bhai for your help and views. But i wanna clear that, we do have a fascinating way to find out what product would work for us!! So, i have 2 more partners and we make that much products with great packaging that we expect will work in every criteria and we order packages from myperfectpacks for less order quantity and then we pack and we hand some of the packages amongs partners now here comes major and biggest part of this. Those packages are distributed into our families and different mentor and we take review and views over product. We had 15 products that we had tested in this way and found out best 3 market player products . Any you should know this had work pays a lot 😉😊.
