Rapido has became a monopoly in the bike taxi segment I have been working with riders and customers asking about services. I have found a few flaws and I started my own bike taxi with the name Quick-e- , So quicker than rapid .

I just noticed one thing Rapido offers the same PIN for every ride before your ride begins which is so easy to remember now I can't forget it at all whereas other apps like Uber and Ola offer unique OTPs everytime.
