No we didn't reject Peyush's offer rightaway. It was our privilege to get offer from him. The actual interaction with Sharks is 1.5-2 hours, of which 15-20 mins cut is finally shown as there is time constraint. Peyush had put his thoughts and how he visioned the company can progress We as company have a very clear 5 year plan laid out and we truly believe in our vision and cordially explained that Peyush plans and our may not merge in short term We had to make a choice between all offers, dilution and possibly what we can can as help/advice and we had to make a judicious choice of final counter offer path
