I'm starting a business soon, actually "we" are starting a business soon. With "we", I mean me and my 4 jigri friends. We're all childhood friends. Now, before you say anything, "we" know, 5 co-founders are too many + dosto m business chalana is too damn hard. But, we still want to do it. We're looking this as an opportunity that with 5 brains and bodies, we can divide and conquer with ease and single person won't have that pressure. What I want to understand is, if anyone reading this has such experience, what've you learned? Is there any strategy/tactic to minimize conflicts among ourselves?
