you cannot sell at 31000 for sure. you will have import charges and logistics outward, warehouse and salaries and miscellaneous expenditure. you also need to do marketing. it think you may have to sell them between 70k to 80k. if you are planning to do offline you have to give commission to distubutors. so you cannot sell them at 31000 like you think.
