it's helping us to improve in all the fields. it just depends on what are people using ai for.. like there are ai that help us to get better jobs too, as well as ai pov robots which clean your house.

But from my pov, as per my experience AI is worst for development or coding. Only 2-3 paid softwares are better all others are worst.
