1. Scalability : There are not so many big universities in the world with whom students can be partnered up. 2. As there are limited universities the students are also limited. Like after a particular time they become a partime work provider platform like University students use it as a partime income source and the number of applicants for such universities are lesser than usual. So there is a saturation point and the students applied or start mentoring there and by that there will be more mentors than applicants.
