Depends on your situation and age! You sometimes have to plan your exit You need to know what exactly it means to be ready! If you are having a good business now, earning money which can be scaled in future... You can leave the job if you are that confident about your vision But If u don't have enough skilled team or enough money... then no need to hurry, do the job 9-5, do your side business, earn money, slowly hire people and leave your job when you are ready to exit
