After two years and 12,000+ user using my software and reading my articles , I have summed up a few things that helped me reach that figure 1. Retention is everything. Getting users to return is tough. The key is to make your content or product addicting. Study consumer psychology and apply it to your work. 2. It takes time. In the first year, only 100 people were engaged. But I kept learning, innovating, and adapting to trends. Over time, this persistence paid off, and viewership grew significantly. 3. Obsess over your users. Find out what they want, and give it to them. If you don’t know how to create it, figure it out. 4. Be unique. Innovate. Try things no one else is doing. It’s challenging, but if it works, it’s worth it. I haven’t reached that stage yet, but with constant innovation, I will. Keep in flow with what's working , advance over what's working , understand what consumer really needs , be extremely unique if possible , do unique , ultra niche marketing
