What is more important, an idea or an unwavering commitment to execution, to make one successful in the startup world?

I am tired of this question - what’s your idea? I have a problem and I have a solution for it. That’s all. I feel it’s more about execution. There are hundreds of ideas roaming around with no one willing to work hard to execute it.

Can we approach Y-Combinator or IIT Mumbai Startup Incubation with just a commercially Viable Idea and an execution plan to Or do we have to approach them with a working model of such idea.
