yes you are right they are building bridges without a good drainage system which leads to flood in rainy season and it's also the biggest problem here

that's why I jokingly say to my friends Guwahati is the artificial flood capital city of Assam 😂 but on a serious note I want to see Guwahati grow like any other metro city
