Hello everyone, I'm thinking of developing a startup idea for a beauty product marketplace and would appreciate your feedback on its potential. The beauty industry is often fragmented, making it difficult for consumers to find specific products or shades. My proposed marketplace aims to solve this problem by offering a centralized platform where customers can purchase products from various brands' official stores in a single transaction. For example, a customer could order a Mamaearth shampoo and a Lakme red lipstick simultaneously, completing one payment for items from two different online stores. Customers would then have the option to receive these items together in a single package or separately, depending on their preference. Revenues will be collected from adsense, brand partnerships and sponsors, introducing our own beauty brand in future, memberships, etc. Do you think there's a need for such a marketplace? Would you consider using it?
