hard skill like coding , designing will soon get replaced by AI so it won't be a hassle to learn these , just go to youtube and see what you need to learn in order to build a digital product or any other for the type of business you need to start join startup related communities , see casestudies , observe and learn ( start watching sharktank ) soft skills like leadership abilities , clear communication etc etc one which are needed in almost every other field

docs earn a lot but it is a self employment. not scalable business. you open a hospital, appoint multiple docs and other staff and automate the business operations, that's a scalable business.
