Is the H1B visa a very big issue for Indians studying in USA right now can someone tell me the current situation

they are saying that if father has H1B visa then it's not applicable on mother , child so they also need this even waiting period is so long around 10 years also after working years they will not issue green card directly.... it's a pure form of exploitation so Now Indian's need to understand that building in own currently is much feasible
