Checkout this post on Medial - https://medial.app/post/67910be1238c6d1a149384e7 it's different. Here, Reliance was trying to aquire Dunzo for less and nothing else. Dunzo is no way their direct competition and Reliance's competitor ie Blinkit, Zepto have aldredy became so big.
