Hi ! I have an idea about creating a Beauty/Lifestyle Brand Development Agency , an Agency that helps people or current small scale entrepreneurs start their business from scratch. The agency helps them with business development, connect them with law firms, marketing firms and manufacturers etc. Also help them with financial planning and branding. We put them on a retainer and charge extra for projects like a product launch for example. By connecting my clients with the agencies, manufacturers and law firms I charge them a referral fee. This model creates a long term connection with a brand and opens multiple streams of revenue in some cases also gives us the possibility of having equity in companies. What do you guys think ???
