it's a good idea but I think it want some changes like it want a advance appointment bcoz doctor also have a physical appointment too so he has to manage both is bit harder to maintain both appointment at a time

I can understand your concern. But I have to tell you that we are providing doctors at the door step of patients not online consultation.
