Preferring to work remotely untill I grow my startup. once matured, I'd be happy to focus on growing my startup. But, for the initial days, am seeing no other options than remotely handelling work.

You can create a team from India and from the city/country you are currently working in. It also depends on the business you are trying to build, if it is something related to manufacturing, inventory, clothing etc.. etc.. you can't do that without
