i will provide you the buses , idea is good but need some changes

It already there RedBus

there was one actually in jaipur called Chalo, gov acquired it and soon after it got abandoned

The transportation would become highly efficient, I have thought of the same idea, when I was young put your strong efforts, it should work if you build it effectively

what does a customer values from this ?

bro I also thought about this idea how are there is a problem government buses does not travel on time how will you drink the real time location of any bus and one more thing about the schedule timing if you go for the schedule timing then also how will you ensure that that bus is not cancelled or is not rooted or the timing has been change because there is no any online platform where the state roadways updates or upload so how will you manage to be updated on the locations of the buses of all districts. there is no infrastructure from the government site to ensure uploading the schedule of buses.

Idea seems pretty nice, But we can add hardware integration So at the bus door once entered will be qr scanner where you can scan your prebooked tickets, or if they wanna buy at the doorstep they can just simply scan and pay through integrated system and the receipt will be printed instantly same with prebooked tickets once scanned receipt will be printed This way we can save time and no need for conductors

And Also Do Live Tracking Like Where Is My Train Which Can Make Your Idea Unique Because In New State Or City We Don't Know Where To Stop You Can Add All Stopage With Live Location Of Bus Through Which Passenger Can See Its Own Route Where He Or She Has Arrived How Much More Time To Reach To Destination Etc.

Yes It's Good But Already Started In Ahmedabad Abhi Bus Please Follow Them How They Are Doing

There is a app called pmpml in Pune which works in similar way...not sure abt live tracking. You can checkout the app for reference

you're just adding digital middleman , why would bus conductors allow that?

Brother this can remove thousands of conductors jobs now because of ai computer engineers lost their job please don’t do this this can cause a huge impact on many life’s

would be fantastic. chalo is doing that in Mumbai and it's quite popular. Even Goi should start an online app just like uts, would be great
