I have a idea but don't know to pitch it initially! how should I make the initial report? should I make the prototype 1st? if yes, where put my prototype?

I suppose you should go ahead with the prototype and get an idea of what it takes create your product/service. Thereafter create a pitch deck with the problem, solution, revenue model, etc. This gives you a concept of the project rather than creating a pitch with no bases.
