I relate with you that the procrastination delays the idea and in the meanwhile someone else makes and ship it !! But don't worry atleast make and ship it with your USP and let people use it or atleast test it, if they find it really interesting they will use it I suggest you to do a prior market research competition research their USP and compared with your idea and all these things Use AI for this, many will say AI is not good at it but you just play with he prompts and provide context you will get great results
